If you're using any other build of Sage 50 Accounts v27, you need to install the following update:

CAUTION: If you use Remote Data Access (formerly Sage Drive) to access your data from multiple sites, when you update, it's important to update the main site computers before any remote sites.

  1. Log onto your computer as an administrator and close all software.
  2. If your v27 is not this version number, click the link below:


    Depending on your browser the update downloads, or click Save.

  3. Locate and right-click Sage50Accounts_v27.1_Update.exe, then select Run as Administrator.
  4. Once the installation is complete, open Sage 50 Accounts.
  5. On the menu bar click Help, click About.
  6. Under Program Details, check this now shows the latest version.

If Sage 50 Accounts is installed on more than one computer, repeat these steps on each computer including the computer where your data is held.

NOTE: If your data is held on a computer that doesn't have Sage 50 Accounts installed, when you install the update on that computer choose to install the data service only.
