Didn't receive my verification code

Summary

Resolve issues receiving your initial account verification code for Sage Business Cloud products. This isn't for 2-factor authentication (2FA).

Description

When signing up for, or creating a user, failing to enter the verification code means you won't be able to access your Sage product. 

 CAUTION: This process is unrelated to 2FA and commonly happens if there's an issue completing your sign-up. Get support with 2FA verification codes in our FAQ: Common 2-factor authentication (2FA) questions

Verify your initial account setup

During sign up, we prompt you to enter a code we email you. This code is necessary to confirm your email address and complete your account setup. Enter this code when prompted and click Continue.

 NOTE: [email protected] sends the verification code, make sure your email provider isn't blocking this address.  

If you didn't get the verification email, check the email address you've entered is correct. Select the Didn't get a code? Resend code link to resend a new code.

If you still haven't received the email, it could be because:

  • It hasn’t reached your inbox yet. Emails can take up to 20 minutes to arrive
  • Check your deleted items, spam, and junk folders
  • You've used the wrong email address or made a spelling mistake. You'll need to sign up for the account again or Contact us
