As part of the process to set up RDA you're prompted to enter a passphrase.

When you need this and how to check what it is, depends on if you're the data owner or not.

You need this passphrase when you add other users to RDA.

You need this passphrase when you're invited to access to use RDA.

The person who invited you to access their data can tell you the passphrase.
