Run reports for previous years from archived data

How to run reports from your Sage 50 Accounts archived data.

To run reports for previous financial years, you can use the archived data created when you ran your year end.

Run management reports using transactional reports if you don't have any archived data. You can also run these reports for periods older than a year.

 NOTE: Transactional management reports are only available in Sage 50 Accounts Standard or above. To upgrade, leave your details and we'll be in touch. 

Open archived data

1. Go to File, then Open, and select Company Archive.
2. Select the archive for the required financial year, then select Open.
3. Enter the Logon name and Password that was valid when the software created the archive.
4. Select OK.
5. Run your reports as normal, for the required period.

Return to your current data

1. Go to File, then Open, and select Open Company Data.
2. Enter your current Logon name and Password, then select OK.
