Description
If you have a new email address that you want to use to access My Sage, you have a couple of options:
- You can change your existing Sage account email address to your new one
- You can create a new Sage account under the new email address, then have an administrator add it to the My Sage account
Resolution
Change email in My Sage
You can log in to account.sso.sage.com and change your Sage account email address. This will then update the email address you use to log in to My Sage and other Sage products and services that you use this Sage account login for.

Create new user access in your My Sage account
You can create a new Sage account under the new email address, then add that Sage account to your My Sage account.
