Some of our customers who use Virgin Money have reported that despite being branded as Virgin Money, they use the Clydesdale/Yorkshire Bank platform. They also reported that the Clydesdale Bank plugin produces the correct type of file to upload to Virgin Money.

We recommend that you check with Virgin Money before you use the e-banking function, to be certain that you create and upload the correct file. There are two separate Clydesdale Bank plugins available for your Sage software, and you must use the correct one.
