Editing the value of a payment

As this is specific to each employee, you edit the monetary value of a payment while processing the pay run. 

Editing a payment

If you've already used the payment in a pay run, you can only edit the Name and Description.  

To change any other detail, you must create a new payment.

  1. Select Settings from the menu bar.
  2. Select Payments and Deductions.
  3. Select the Payments tab.
  4. Select Edit on the required payment.
  5. Change as needed.

NOTE:

You can't edit the Payment category and Payment type even if you haven't used the payment yet.
