To update existing products and service records, you must include a unique ID in your CSV file. The unique ID allows the system to identify existing records and update them.
You get the unique ID by exporting your current product and service records first. Read how to export all products and services before completing the steps in this guide.

Prepare your CSV file
Open the downloaded CSV file, which includes the unique IDs, and make the changes you need.
TIP:
To add a new record, create a new row and leave the unique IDs blank.
Save your file once you're happy with the changes.
Import your changes
Go to Products and Services.
Under the New Item dropdown, select Update Items.
Choose or drop the file and select Upload file.
Select how you want to handle empty cells and select Continue.
Review the summary page and select Start import.
After the import completes, the summary shows how many records the import created and updated.
