Use this option to export all stock, non-stock, or service records into separate CSV files.

The exported files include everything except Analysis Types.

You can then make bulk updates, or just keep a local backup of your records.

Export all records

1. Go to Products and Services in the navigation menu.
2. Choose Export items from the New item dropdown menu.
3. In the pop-up window, pick the type of item you want to export (Stock, Non-stock, or Service).
4. Select Export. It takes a few minutes for the file to be ready. Look for a notification on the toolbar.

 NOTE: You can only export one file at a time. Wait for it to finish before starting another. 

Export selected records

This option lets you export just the fields shown for selected records. Use the cog icon to add or remove fields before exporting.

1. Go to Products and Services in the navigation menu.
2. Select the records you want to export.
3. Select the CSV icon in the action toolbar.
