Use this process when you run Sage Accounts Production (SAP) on multiple computers connected to a network. The steps ensure that the main machine and all workstations install the same version.

1. Open SAP, then go to Help, then select Auto update configuration.
2. Make a note of the Shared updates location.
   If there's no specified path, create a shared folder accessible to all workstations and enter the path. Contact your IT support if needed.
3. Close SAP, then select the link below:
   Download Sage Accounts Production (UK) v25.0.
4. Once complete, right-click the file that downloads and select Run as administrator.
5. Select Install Accounts Production v25.0, then select Next.
6. Choose Network Configuration, then Next.
7. Check the data locations, then select Next.
8. Check the Application Destination Folder, then select Next.
9. Select Next, then Finish to complete the server installation.
10. Open SAP on other workstations to ensure they update automatically.

If other workstations are incorrectly configured

When opening SAP, the following message can appear: 'We were unable to automatically locate the installer for version xxxxxx of Sage Accounts Production.'

1. Browse to the Shared Updates folder.
2. Double-click the setup.exe file and select Update Now.
