This change will require a simple action to keep connections working. What’s changing Santander customers will move to the latest open banking standards. As part of this change, customers will need to reauthenticate their Santander bank feed when prompted in the product. Once complete, the connection will continue to work as expected. What customers need to do When prompted in the product, customers must reauthenticate their Santander bank feed to keep bank feeds running without interruption. When this will happen Migration will take place in controlled batches, with most customers migrated after the tax year and before the end of April 2026. We expect the main rollout to take place between 20 and 24 April 2026. Why this change is happening Santander is deprecating older bank feed connections at the end of April 2026. The latest open banking standards provide a more secure and reliable connection. What’s next We’ll notify Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 200 customers with an active Santander bank feed by email and in product messaging.
