You can restore payroll data if you have previously reset it. This is because it's not possible to take manual backups.
Restoring the data will overwrite your current payroll data. It returns you to the point immediately before you chose the Reset data option.
You can only restore back to the most recent time you reset the data. You can't select a specific period to restore back to.
You can't restore data from another Sage service such as Sage 50.
You can't restore data if you’ve changed your subscription or plan.
