Below are our support hours during the holiday period:

  • Monday 22 December 2025: 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Tuesday 23 December 2025: 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Wednesday 24 December 2025: 9 AM – 1 PM
  • Thursday 25 December 2025: Closed
  • Friday 26 December 2025: Closed
  • Monday 29 December 2025: 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Tuesday 30 December 2025: 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Wednesday 31 December 2025: 9 AM – 3 PM
  • Thursday 1 January 2026: Closed
  • Friday 2 January 2026: 9 AM – 5 PM

We’ll close our support lines for training on:

  • Wednesday 17 December: 9 AM – 10 AM
  • Friday 19 December: 4 PM – 5 PM

Help and support

During the holiday period, we’ll operate with fewer colleagues. We’ll prioritise urgent queries based on business impact.

Partners
For non-urgent queries, log your cases online via Case Management on My Sage. This helps us respond quickly to urgent issues, such as customer site outages.

Make sure your customers know how to reach your support team. If you change your contact hours or contact details, let them know straight away to avoid any disruption.

Developers
