Whether you can re-issue a P45 depends on whether you've made any amendments since you issued the original P45.

If you've not made any amendments, you can print a new P45 and issue it to a leaver who requests it.

If you've made a change, for instance you used the wrong leave date originally or changed payments, you can't issue a new P45.
