If an employee leaves your employment, mark them as a leaver and include this in the FPS to HMRC.

If you've submitted the wrong leave date on an FPS, you can't amend HMRC's records with your software.

Once you've submitted the FPS to HMRC with the leaver details you can't send a different leave date using Sage 50 Payroll. This is because HMRC's systems won't accept a different leave date after you've already submitted one.
