Sage 200 Professional older versions

Dear Partner,

We wanted to follow up on the information we shared three weeks ago regarding the retirement of the licence generation system for Sage 200 Professional (Versions 4 through 2011, including Live, Historical & Test & Recovery licences).

As the 31 July 2025 deadline is fast approaching, we wanted to remind you and provide a recap, and ask you to reach out to us with the final licence requests as soon as possible:

• It’s really important that you fully review the Partner FAQ and follow the documented process (we’ve updated it for clarity). Failure to do so could lead to delays.
• Where customers aren’t on these versions, please complete our upgrade, or T&R upgrade notification forms.
• All licence requests for these versions (including for customers yet to renew) must be submitted by the deadline. Failure to do so will mean the software will cease to function once its current expiry date is reached and the customers will need to upgrade to a subscription version.
• A completed disclaimer is required in all cases before licences can be issued.
• Final keys may still be needed for customers migrating, cancelling, or moving to another solution.
