Sage 200 Professional older versions

Dear Partner,

We recently wrote to you about the retirement of the licence generation system for Sage 200 Professional customers, both live, historical and Test & Recovery, who are on Version 4 up to and including Version 2011.

During our partner session on 4th March we outlined potential approaches and sought feedback from partners.

We’ve now defined the possible options and pricing and this is all outlined in our Partner FAQ.

As a reminder the deadline to request these licences is 31 July 2025, that includes customers that are yet to renew, regardless of when the renewal is and a disclaimer must be completed in all cases, before they are issued.

Where you have already told us a customer on these versions is either; migrating to subscription, cancelling to move to another Sage product, or to another solution please review these to see if any final keys are required.
