To back up your attachments

Back up your attachments when you back up your data.

  1. Go to File, then click Back up.
  2. Select the Transaction Attachments and Data Files checkboxes.
  3. Give your backup a Filename.
  4. Click Browse to back up to your required location, then click OK.
