Notice 25-RJ | 29 Apr 25 Sage 200 Professional – Upgrades required Dear Partner, Earlier this month we shared that for customers to continue to use the Opayo integration with Sage 200 Professional that an upgrade to version 2024 R1 or above would need to take place on or before 31 October 2025. You can see copies of the communications using the links below: Further to a recent issue with the Opayo functionality on 4th April we’ve become aware that you have customers who are using older versions that do not contain the Opayo changes. We wanted to reach out to ensure that you have these customers booked in for a product upgrade ahead of 31 October 2025 deadline, without this, their Opayo integration will cease to operate. We will send a separate email containing a list of customers you reported to us during the incident. The version numbers do not match, i.e. the version you declared and the version information we hold. Partners must follow the upgrade process within the next 30 days to get this data corrected for these customers where necessary. Reminder: it is a mandatory requirement to complete the upgrade notification form. We kindly ask you to remind your teams of the process and ensure this is followed in all circumstances. Questions?
