Notice 25-RJ | April 29 2025 Sage 200 Professional – Upgrades required Dear Partner, Earlier this month, we advised that customers must upgrade to Sage 200 Professional 2024 R1 or later to continue using the Opayo integration. They must complete the upgrade by 31 October 2025. You can see copies of the communications using the links below: Following the Opayo issue on 4 April, we've identified customers using older versions that don't include the Opayo updates. We wanted to ensure that you have these customers booked in for a product upgrade ahead of the 31 October 2025 deadline; without this, their Opayo integration will cease to operate. We’ll send a separate email containing a list of customers you reported to us during the incident. The version numbers don’t match, that is, the version you declared and the version information we hold. Partners must follow the upgrade process within the next 30 days to get this data corrected for these customers where necessary. Reminder: it’s a mandatory requirement to complete the upgrade notification form. We kindly ask you to remind your teams of the process and ensure they follow it in all circumstances. Questions?
