Add attachments to customer transactions in customer activity
Description

In v32.0 and above you can add attachments to your batch invoices and credits in the customer's activity window.

You can also add attachments to batch customer invoice or credit transactions when you create them.

Cause
Resolution
  1. Go to Customers then double-click the relevant customer record.
  2. Go to the Activity tab and click the '+' icon next to the transaction.
  3. Depending upon your access rights, either drag and drop your attachments into the Add New Attachment window, or click Browse.
  4. Once you've finished adding attachments, click OK, then Save.
