Sage 200 Professional - List View Error

We are aware of an issue affecting a small number of Sage 200 Professional customers. When accessing list views in Sage 200, users will receive a popup error saying, "The system cannot open the device or file specified".

From troubleshooting with partners to date, the cause appears to be linked to the implementation, upgrade of, or changes associated with a variety of security software (including but not limited to anti-virus software). It is essential that partners, in all circumstances, work in conjunction with, customers, their IT department and the security software vendor. All standard troubleshooting must be followed in the first instance before contacting Sage Technical Support.
