Update your billing name or address with Sage when it differs from your registered business address.

Your billing address is where Sage sends subscription invoices and other billing communications.

Updating this address ensures:

• You receive invoices and communications without delay
• Accurate financial records for your subscription

How to update your billing name or address

You can't update your billing address directly in Sage. To change your billing address, you must contact Sage directly.

1. Visit the Sage my.sage.co.uk/public/help.
2. Choose your preferred method of contacting Sage.
3. Provide your account details and the support team will help you.

The Sage support team will request more information and then update your billing name or address.
