Check your employees' Right to work details
Description

As an employer, you have a legal obligation to carry out Right to work checks. This ensures your employees have the right to work in the UK.

After you record Right to work details for your employees, use the Right to work report to view their Right to Work status, document type and expiry date.

Check Right to Work details

You can use the following report to view a list of your employees showing the Right to Work status, document type and expiry date.

  1. Click the link below:
    Download Right to Work report >
    The file either saves automatically to your Downloads folder or you're prompted to save the file.
  2. If prompted to save the file, browse to where you want to save it, then click Save.
  3. Open Sage 50 Payroll and log in, on the menu bar click File, then click Restore.
  4. Click Next, if Data Files is selected, to clear the selection click Data Files.
  5. Click Report Files, click Next, then click Browse.
  6. Browse to where you saved the file, double-click the file PAYDL32.001, click Next, then click Finish.
  7. Log into Sage 50 Payroll.
  8. Find your new report in Reports, in the User Defined folder.
