ERROR: 'There has been a problem connecting your Sage account' v30.1 and above
Description

 NOTE: This issue is Sage 50 Accounts v30.1 and above only. If you're using v30.0 or below, follow our alternative 'There has been a problem connecting your Sage account' article. 

If you try to cloud-connect with a Sage account that doesn’t have cloud-connect permissions, you'll see this message:

'There has been a problem connecting your Sage account'.

Cause
Resolution

You'll need to contact the account owner who can invite you as a user or transfer ownership.

Authorise users to connect to our cloud services

 TIP: Account owners can perform these steps.  

If you use cloud services like Remote Data Access (RDA) and need to reset it, the account owner can connect the company data again. 

The account owner can grant authority for other users to cloud-connect.

Issue persists
