Happy holidays

The Sage 200 and Developer Services teams would like to wish everyone a fantastic holiday season and all the best for the New Year.

Support availability

On Wednesday 18 December between 9.00am and 10.00am and Friday 20 December between 4.00pm and 5.00pm our support lines will be closed for training purposes.

During the holiday period, there will be fewer colleagues to take your queries, so we'd ask that you log less urgent queries online via Case Management. This will ensure that we have someone available for urgent queries, such as customer site down.

It's also important that your customers have access to your support services. Notification of any changes to your contact hours or numbers should be provided, to minimise any disruption to their business.

Developers

During the holiday period, there will be fewer colleagues to take your queries, so we ask for your patience during this time. As usual we will prioritise the most urgent queries based on business impact. More information can be found here.
