Sage Provisioning Portal – User Audit Required

As a designated Customer Administrator for the Sage Provisioning Portal, it’s time to review the membership of the users associated with your company, and those who have access to customer sites. You should complete the audit within the next 30 days, you can find out more on how to do an audit here.

Completing regular audits is important, it ensures that access is given only to those who need it and helps you fulfil any internal processes you may have in connection with access to customer data.

When performing the review you should ensure that:

• You remove users who should no longer have access to the portal and to Sage 200.
• Ensure the users have the right role, you can find out about the role types in our dedicated article.
• Authorised Users are individually named, with individual email addresses – two or more users should not share email addresses and login information, as outlined in our Product Terms and helpfiles.

Where we identify users not in line with our terms this will result in them being removed.
