Sage Copilot assigns to the business owner by default.

To give another user access to the Sage Copilot license, make sure you have enough licenses available. Add Sage Copilot licences to your subscription.

Remove Sage Copilot from a user

1. From your business name drop-down at the top right of the screen, select Manage Users.
2. Select the user name from the list.
3. Select Edit user on the right-hand side.
4. Remove the Sage Copilot Standard Role. 
5. Select Save.

Add Sage Copilot to a user

1. From your business name drop-down at the top right of the screen, select Manage Users.
2. Select the user name from the list.
3. Select Edit user on the right-hand side.
4. Select Add another role.
5. Under Product, select Sage Copilot.
6. Under Role, select Standard.
7. Select Save.
