If you haven't already, read our Introduction to Sage Copilot for Sage Accounting.

Sage Copilot currently allows one licence per company, which we assign to the business owner by default.

To give another user access to the Sage Copilot license, remove it from the current user and assign it to the new one.

Follow the steps below.

Remove Sage Copilot from a user

1. From your business name dropdown at the top right of the screen, select Manage Users.
2. Select the user name from the list.
3. Select Edit user on the right-hand side.
4. Remove the Sage Copilot Standard Role. 
5. Select Save.

Add Sage Copilot to a user

1. From your business name dropdown at the top right of the screen, select Manage Users.
2. Select the user name from the list.
3. Select Edit user on the right-hand side.
4. Select Add another role.
5. Under Product, select Sage Copilot.
6. Under Role, select Standard.
7. Select Save.
