Actionable insights: Receive automated notifications and valuable information related to Invoices, Quotes, Estimates, Credit notes and Customers.

For example: When processing your Sales Invoices, actionable insights appear.

Select the insight to view the information. This shows in the Copilot window. 

Select the button to go to the relevant area of Accounting, where you can act on the insight.

Access this feature when you're sending quotes, estimates or invoices.

 NOTE: You cannot send emails using the Ask Copilot window.

Efficient communication: Using GenAI, Sage Copilot assists in creating effective, context-rich emails. This is for sending invoices and reminders saving you time and improving customer communication. 

Decide the tone: You can change the tone of the email, helping you to communicate your message in the appropriate way.

Chase overdue invoices, send automated payment reminders and draft messages to all selected customers using Sage Copilot.
