Record the absence - Double-click the relevant employee.
- Click the Absence tab, then click Diary Entry.
- On the Absence Type list, click Other.
- In the next box, click Shared Parental.
- Enter the first and last date of the employee's absence for SPL.
- Enter any relevant comments.
- Click OK.
