Description

If your bank isn't available in bank feeds, you can submit a request to add a new bank feed.

There are alternatives available if your bank isn't compatible

Cause
Resolution

To request a new bank feed.

  1. Go to Banking
  2. On the bank account tile you want to connect, go to Actions, then Connect to Bank
  3. Type the name of your bank in the search bar.
  4. Select Tell us about it.

  5. Fill in the information and select Submit
  6. The team will attempt to arrange a bank feed connection, but we can't guarantee success. 

Alternatives to bank feeds.

If a bank feed is not available for your bank, you have three alternatives.

  1. Follow the steps on this guide to Import bank statements.
  2. Use AutoEntry to import your transactions into Sage Accounting. Read more on our guide what is autoentry?
  3. Manually enter each transaction into the bank.
     NOTE: You'll need to do this for foreign currency bank accounts.
