Sage 200 - Sage Provisioning Portal Users

Every quarter we contact Sage Provisioning Portal Partner & Customer Administrators to ask that they complete a user audit. The purpose of this is to ensure that only users who need access have access, as well as to ensure compliance with our terms and usage parameters.

Following the most recent audit, we’ve identified that this email address belongs to a Sage Partner email domain and has been used to set up a customer type and has been attached to a customer account. This is a breach of our terms and will be removed within the next 7 days.

Partner users should not be permanently attached to customer sites. This includes creating a customer user for partner use. Accessing a site is a simple approval process and this access lasts for 7 days.
