Barclays Bank Feeds

Hi everyone,

Some exciting news! We’ve been working directly with Barclays, and Corporate Bank Feeds are now available for Sage 200 customers.

The work done, solves known issue 8277 and delivers on a customer idea as well! Demonstrating power of collaboration and our new ideas portal. We’ve engaged directly with customers to do 121 testing, ensuring they could onboard before we spread the word.

All customers on the idea and issue will receive a personalised email communication, and all Sage 200 customers will receive an in-product message. We’ll also update Sage Community hub, and the ideas portal.

The important stuff!

The feed will work for customers on all currently supported versions of Sage 200, customers on earlier versions (pre 2022 R1) will need to upgrade.

If the customer has previously been connected to Barclays, its essential that steps outlined in this article, are followed prior to the feed being connected.

Customers must authenticate via Barclays Mobile authentication via the Barclays Corporate App. To enable this customers will be required to log into Barclays iPortal via Mobile authentication (on the iPortal home page click ‘find out more’ to set up mobile authentication if you don’t already have access to the Barclays Corporate App). Additionally the iPortal administrators will need to assign the Account Information access to the appropriate users under the 3rd party permission menu within iPortal.

It’s better to search for the feed when connecting in Sage 200, it’s named Barclays (UK) – Corporate.
