Bank Feeds is a free secure service that you can use to download your bank transactions to Sage 200 Professional, Sage 200 Standard and Education, to help you reconcile your bank account. Barclays Corporate Bank Accounts are available on supported versions (2022 R1 and above) from March 2024.

How to Prepare and set up Bank Feeds for Barclays Corporate bank accounts using Sage 200.

This guide will help you set up Bank feeds for Barclays Corporate Bank account(s) within Sage 200.

Has Bank Feeds been previously setup in Sage 200 with your Barclays Corporate Bank account?

Prerequisite Checks

 NOTE: If you are using Sage 200 Professional 2022 R1 and have previous used Bank feeds with Barclays Corporate account, you will need to perform an additional step in the company database via SQL; these steps must only be performed by a Sage Business Partner. The field LastTransactionDownloadID needs to be reset to zero.


Preparations outside of Sage 200

Customers will be required to log into Barclays iPortal via Mobile authentication (on the iPortal home page click find out more to set up mobile authentication if you don’t already have access to the Barclays Corporate App). Additionally the iPortal administrators will need to assign the Account Information access to the appropriate users under the 3rd party permission menu within iPortal (you will need to use the 'Mobile' tab when logging in during the onboarding process in the iPortal).
