How to access the accountant directory

  1. From the navigation, select Manage business account.
  2. Select the Invite accountant tab. 
  3. Within this area, select Advisor directory.

What's in the directory?

Our Accountant and Bookkeeper Directory gives customers the option to find an expert to help tackle your accounting needs. Whether you need someone to tackle tax, do your books, or want to uncover fresh ways to grow–we’ve got your back. You can use the directory to find an expert and you can then invite them to your Accounting product.

Find your way around

You can search for an accountant or bookkeeper by:

  • Practice name
  • Location
  • Advisor type
  • Service
  • Industry 

Use the compare checkbox to select multiple accountants. Then select Compare practices to view a side by side comparison of the accountants. 

Use the map view to find your nearest accountant or bookkeeper. 


Start a chat with an accountant

If you decide you would like to find out more about the accountant, you can start a real-time chat at any time.

  1. On the accountant or bookkeeper you would like to contact select Start chat.
  2. If prompted - log in with your email address and password, or create a new account. 
  3. Send a message or add an attachment. The accountant or bookkeeper will be notified via email and when they respond you will also receive an email.
    You can leave the page and come back to view your conversation history at any time. 
     TIP: You can manage your notifications via Manage Account, select Account Settings then Notifications. 
  4. To access your chat history, select the chat icon in the navigation.
  5. View your notifications from the navigation, simply select the bell icon.
