The Annual financial budget report gives you an overview of the budget. Use it to see totals for each ledger account or category. You can view it by month or year to date, it also shows gross and net profit and loss.

1. Go to Reports, then All reports.
2. Go to the section Financial budget reports.
3. Select Annual financial budget.
4. Select the period you want to view from the dropdown.
5. Toggle Show accounts to determine if the specific ledger accounts display on the report.
   
   NOTE:

   The report only shows ledger accounts with a balance during the budget period.

Select Export to download a PDF, Excel, or CSV version of the budget.
