Setting up Credit Control and Risk Insights (CCRI)
Description

In Sage 50 Accounts Version 29.2 and above customers with a Sage 50 Accounts finance package can enable Credit Control and Risk Insights within Sage 50 Accounts. 

 NOTE: This feature is only available for customers with a Sage 50 Accounts Finance Package. If you are interested in Credit Control and Risk Insights Submit your details and we will be in touch.  

CCRI is available to users in the UK and Ireland and there is no eligibility check. 


Credit Control

This feature allows you to automate your invoice reminders, monthly statements and thank you emails. You can also customise the messaging and sending schedule for each customer to build and maintain good relationships and even better payment habits. 


Risk Insights

This feature allows you to evaluate the risk level of new and existing customers with a suite of risk analysis tools. You can view your customers' risk band, average payment time and suggested credit limit before deciding to work with them.

Cause
Resolution

To enable Credit Control and Risk Insights:

  1. Log into Sage 50 Accounts as Manager.
  2. Click Connected services then Credit Control and Risk Insights.

 NOTE: If you cannot see this option please check you are registered for a Sage 50 Accounts finance package, this information can be found on your invoice.

  1. If presented with a message to connect your company to a Sage account click Continue and connect your Sage account.
  2. On the Welcome screen click Next.
  3. Enter your First name, Last name and Telephone number.
  4. To agree to the terms and conditions click I agree to Satago's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  5. To agree to the contact options tick I consent to be contacted by email and telephone for service and marketing purposes.
  6. Click Finish.

Once you're set up with Satago, you can start using CCRI straight away.
