Description

You can enter your HMRC credentials to your software, which then appear automatically during submissions.

If you have more than one company with different credentials, you can change these when you make your P11D submissions.

Cause
Resolution
  1. In the menu bar to the top of your software, click Internet Submissions.
  2. Click e-Submission Settings.
  3. Enter your HMRC User ID and Password.
     NOTE: If you aren't certain of these details, contact HMRC for support.
  4. Enter your details to the Contact Details section.
