Remote Data Access

We are carrying out essential maintenance to the Remote Data Access platform on Saturday 25th March from 13.00 to 15.00.

In addition, we will be carrying out further work in April and May, more information will be shared in due course.

We will be communicating with customers via in product messaging nearer the time.

Please ensure you and your clients do not carry out any processing or opt to work offline during the downtime. To help you understand if your clients are affected and what to do, follow our help centre guide.
