Information about upcoming maintenance of the Remote Data Access (RDA) service in Sage 50 Accounts.

Description

Maintenance times

To complete essential maintenance, the RDA service will be unavailable on:

  • Thursday 4 December 2025 from 8pm to 9:30pm

What this means

During the downtime:

  • You won't be able to use the RDA service
  • We recommend processing outside of this time
  • If you open your software, the following warning appears
    Remote Data Access service unavailable warning message.
     CAUTION: We recommend not to work offline and to wait until the service is up and running again.

After the downtime

Once the service is running again, if you receive a prompt to reauthenticate, re-enter your Sage account email address and password.

You can check your Sage account email address for RDA within Sage 50 Accounts:

  • Go to Settings, then select User Management, then Users
    List of users, showing Sage account email address.
