Description

Maintenance times

To complete essential maintenance, the Remote Data Access service will be unavailable on:

  • Saturday, 30 November 2024: 19:00 - 19:30

What this means

During the downtime:

  • You won't be able to use the Remote Data Access service
  • We recommend processing outside of this time
  • If you open your software, the following warning appears
    Remote Data Access service unavailable warning message.
     CAUTION: We recommend NOT to work offline and to wait until the service is up and running again.

After the downtime

Once the service is running again, if you receive a prompt to reauthenticate, re-enter your Sage account email address and password.

You can check your Sage account email address for Remote Data Access within Sage 50 Accounts:

  • Go to Settings, then select User Management, then Users.
