To remain compliant in the 2023/2024 tax year, all you need to do is ensure you've installed Sage 50 Payroll v29. For help with this, continue to the check your version section below.


Check your version

  1. Log in to Sage 50 Payroll as normal.
  2. Click Help then click About.
  3. Under Program Details check:
    • If your version number is v29.00.239, you've already installed your update. You don't need to install a further update, and your software is compliant for the 2023/2024 tax year
    • If your version number begins with v28, you must update your software to v29. Download and install Sage 50 Payroll year end update >
