Pay day calendar settings
Description

Before you pay your employees you must set up your pay day calendars. When you complete a pay run, Payroll moves to the next pay run period in the calendar. You don’t need to enter pay dates each time.

You can also use the pay day calendar settings to skip or miss a pay run by setting the current pay run date. Likewise, if your calendar is set to the wrong date you can set it back to a previous pay period.

You can pay your employees weekly, two weekly, four weekly and monthly.
