Pay day calendar settings
Description

Before you pay your employees you must set up your pay day calendars. When you complete a pay run, Payroll moves to the next pay run period in the calendar. The pay calendar allows you to choose which day of the week/month you pay on as well as whether you want to avoid public holidays or weekends. This will save you time as you don’t need to enter pay dates manually for every pay run.

You must have a calendar set up for each frequency you wish to process. The available frequencies are:

  • Weekly
  • 2-Weekly
  • 4-Weekly
  • Monthly
