Recurring sales invoices let you create a template for invoices you send regularly. When you set up the template, you can choose:
- How often they're created
- When they're due
- What type of invoice to create
- Whether we automatically email them or not
Use recurring invoices for regular services, subscriptions or repeat sales where the invoice details stay largely the same.
Things to know
- Recurring invoices don't support stock items or foreign currency
- You can pause or resume recurring invoices whenever needed
- Changes to customers, non-stock or service items don't automatically update the recurring invoice
