Email a quote or estimate

There are two ways to email quotes and estimates:

  • Individually once the quote or estimate is saved
  • Multiple quotes or estimates for the same customer at the same time

What you need to know

  • Email your quote or estimate as soon as you've finished entering the details or save it and email it later
  • Enter the email address each time you send the quote or estimate, or add an email address to customer contact so it sends to the same person each time
  • Your email message will contain a link to the quote or estimate so your customer can open it in a browser. You can choose to also attach a PDF version of the invoice to the email
  • Enter a new message for each email you send or alternatively set up a default message to use for all customers
