| Description | You can only delete a sales quick entry when it's: - Free of allocations
- Not paid
- Not on a VAT Return
If the quick entry doesn't meet these conditions, you can't delete it. Read fix a greyed out sales quick entry for more information. |
| Resolution | - Go to Sales, then select Quick entries.
- Open the quick entry you want to delete.
- Select the delete icon
 . - Select Save.
