• The phone number you enter must be a valid mobile phone number. It doesn't work with landlines.
• Double-check the country drop down and the mobile phone entered has the correct number of digits.

• There is an option to go back and re-enter the mobile number and have the code re-sent ('No code?' button).
• Double check the phone number again. If this persists it's possible there's an issue with codes being sent.

The code expires every 20 seconds, you must enter it in self-service within this time frame. If the code continues to not be accepted, call customer services.

You need to install and register in the Authy app before commencing the sign in journey within self-service.

Check and refresh the pending requests within the Authy App to see if you are receiving any at all. If this keeps happening please contact customer services.
