When you install a software update that the automatic software updates feature offered you, you can see one of these errors:

• 'The resource loader failed to find the MUI file'
• 'The resource loader cache doesn't have the loaded MUI entry'

Install the update manually

To avoid this error, install your software update using our download and install Sage 50 Payroll article.

This way, you don't use the automatic update prompt, so error can't occur.

If your computer setup doesn't allow you to do this, you contact your IT support.
