Dear Customer,

We wanted to let you know about a couple of upcoming items:

Sage Provisioning Portal

On 3rd July 2022, we’ll be updating the Sage Provisioning Portal between 14:00 and 16:00.

The portal will be unavailable during this period however, this update will not prevent your use or access to Sage 200 but you will not be able to access the portal during this time. You can see more on status.sage.com.

Please note: this does not apply to Sage 200 Professional, unless it has been deployed using the Sage Provisioning Portal.

Sage 200 Product Terms

From 4th July 2022 we will be updating our Sage 200 Product Terms.

We are specifically updating the terms to include references to changes we are making to Test, Recovery and Demonstration licences. Further communication and guidance material on these are available in our knowledgebase.
