You only see this message on this login page when you've entered the wrong email address, keeping you on the login page for the non-payslips version of Sage HR. When you enter the correct email address the page should change to only ask you for an email address, like in the screenshot below: Then when you click CONTINUE TO SIGN IN, are taken to the Sage account login page to enter your password.
Unsure what email address you need to use?The email address you need to use is the one your welcome email was sent to. If you don't have a welcome email, please contact your employer so they can resend one to you. They also can confirm for you which email address they have used to add you to Sage HR Online Services. If they've used the wrong email address, please let them know so they can re-set you up using the correct email address.
