Check your email addressCheck you're using the correct email address for this company. This email address received the welcome email and notifications about payslips being ready to view.If you aren't sure what email your employer has set you up with, contact them directly to check. NOTE: If you never received a welcome email, contact your employer. Only they can send this welcome invite to you.
Check if your profile still existsThe email address might not be recognised because you were never set up, or your profile has been terminated and deleted. Check with your employer whether you still exist in their company. NOTE: If you've been terminated, you may only have access to log in for either 7 days, 30 days, or a year depending on your company's settings. They also have an option to not allow access at all after termination. This is why you need to check this with your employer. If you've been deleted you can longer log in.
