The process to upload a document to Sage HR Online Services is easy, and you don't have to individually upload a document to each employee. Instead, you can upload documents, then assign it to the employees you want to be able to view it. This is very useful for uploading documents needing to be accessed by multiple people.

Track who has viewed documents

You can see when documents have been viewed or actioned by colleagues. This helps you save time chasing who has looked at a document and if they have actioned it.

eSignatures

Documents in Sage HR Online Services can be signed electronically, replacing the need to physically be in the same place as a document to sign it. This improves your digital processes that can support remote working in this day and age.

Can be used by both managers and employees

The ability to upload documents isn't just restricted to HR admin users or managers. Employee users in Sage HR Online Services can also upload documents that can be viewed by others in the company. This makes it a much more two way function than other documents software you may have used before.
